Tyflow Crash when Exporting Particles

Hi All

I have a persistent crash in Tyflow when exporting particles. I have exported the very same flow unaltered twice before, but now it crashes constantly just about 70% through. I have done the following but with negative results.

1: Restart max
2: Changed the Step from 1/8 to 1/6
3: Lower total particles from 4m to 3m
4: Restarted the system
5: Updated Tyflow to the latest build when the crashes started VER-0.016126

I have also attached an image of the flow.

   

The system has 64GB of memory and stores the cached data on a dedicated SSD.

Any assistance would be welcomed.
