Spawning Wobble issue

Hey there!
when I spawn (On event Entry) a wobble particle the spawn particle inherits everything of wobble (Scale, stiffness, decay) , technically they are not free to travel, they simply behave like wobble
which shouldnt be the case right?


is this an issue, or its natural for spawn to behave like wobble, when spawned from wobble particle
