Render flickering issue

Hi,When rendering on a PC, some flicker appears in the output result.

The graphic card of the PC that flicker is Geforce GTX1070Ti, but it does not flicker when I replace it with Geforce RTX3070 and render it.
Are there any graphics card requirements?
