tySelect support splines

Is it possible to have tySelect support spline/spline elements?

Maybe tyselect could autoswitch into a 'spline mode', when added to a spline object?

tySelect already supports splines...but only selections of spline knots.

I need the option to select the splines by ID like in Volume Select. So I can build my own modifier stack based on IDs 

Is it possible to do that?

The tySelect spline support is still limited to knots only.
