Set Target Op - By Proximity Duplicate Assignment

Not sure if this is a bug or not - but duplicate assignments happen even if the checkbox is ticked to say not to do that - in by Proximity Mode.

Thanks, this does appear to be a bug for that particular proximity mode ('absolute closest')...I'll fix it in the next build.
