tycache retimer problem

Hi All, bit of a beginner. I have exported cloth sim to tycache. 
Tycache works great until I enable the retimer  speed %.
Becomes very jerky. looks like skipping frames.
What am I missing?

If possible, increase the resolution of your cloth simulation, such as using a higher number of subdivisions or particles.
