You can use a tySelect modifier to select occluded elements, then delete them with a Delete Mesh modifier.
Thanks, we're already doing that method, but it's gets real slow when selecting so many elements. We hoped there would be a more instant solution?

Any solution would need to analyze the mesh using the exact method that the tySelect modifier uses….so a checkbox in the tyMesher itself wouldn’t make it faster.
Side question: are you using ‘direct SDF’ mode in the tyMesher settings?
Another vote for implementing that option in TyMesher.
I deal with lot's of medical animations lately, and often I am using several TyMeshers, and often need internal deleted, because SSS mat doesn't behave well with objects that basically have "shell".
One click option maybe wouldn't save time in calculation terms, but would save in additional work with TySelect... or whatever workaround.
