Hi all,
I proudly present a small project I am working on. It should be some crashing down of a large Container Vessel.
Ship drop V3_015_Perspective_preview_v008.mp4 (Size: 8.64 MB / Downloads: 74)
Right now I am pretty happy with the results, using this Flow for the Hull with a tyParticleSkin modifier:
and this Flow for the cargo, as it is carried with the ship as one object.
As You may see in the attached Preview clip, the issue I am running into now, -and haven't managed to solve since 2 days-
is the banking of the individual Containers. They dont seem to follow the overlying Grain Sim and create some stair effect.
Weirdly, they do behave correctly after I load the file and don't touch anything. But after the slightest change in any of the Sims,
they snap back to the wrong behaviour.
Does anyone here has a better Idea or aproach, to help me out?
Thanks in advance and cheers to You all, esp. Mr. Ibele for his work.
Yours
André
