Set Target Node Problem

Hello,

I'm following a tutorial and trying to select 'From Neighbours' from the Set Target dropdown menu but it doesn't seem to exist on my version?

Does anyone know why not?

"By proximity" is what should be equivalent to neighbours, and Tyson probably change it, because "by proximity" is more precise term....
...or he was simply angry on his neighbors, and hated the term.
