tydiffusion / animation without animatediff
#1
Hello

I would like to render an animation with tydiffusion rendering but without animate diff.
For example i would like to click on render animation and then have my viewport rendered as if i used vray but with tydiffusion.
And as i said absolutely without using animatediff.

Is there a way to do that ?

Thanks for help !

Already answered you on facebook, but I'll answer again here for posterity:

tyPreview has a new option to run tyDiffusion for each frame exported, allowing you to export tyDiffusion animations without using AnimateDiff.

hi

i'm not on facebook,
can i read up on this somewhere else?

and is there a way to do the following?:
render every 5th frame with tydiffusion of a 500 frames animation,
and then in a second pass, use the 500 frame animation as guide to calculate the frames that got skipped in the last pass?

You can use tyPreview to do that.

In tyPreview settings:

Set nth frame to 5, enable interpolation and set to 4, and also enable tyDiffusion.

That will generate a tyDiffusion result for every 5 frames of the specified frame range, then add 4 AI-interpolated frames between every two frames of the result.
