tyDiffusion region

Is it possible to have tyDiffusion operate only on a region of the viewport?

For example - lets say I have an arch-vis scene with a bunch of people - but I want to use tyDiffusion on only one person in the image

Yes you can use the inpainting functions to do that, with the base image set to Image to Image and 0% denoise (so it simply retains your input, except for the inpainting regions).

Ok cool - so to do this I need to use a texgen modifier on the object? (in this case on the 3d person?)

Or is there somewhere I can input a mask?

Thanks

No you can do the masking in the main UI.

Sorry, I really cant find this in the UI - the only mention of inpainting I can see is within TyDiffusion TexGen tab.

Can you (or anyone) please point me to where this is done in the UI?

Thankyou

Sorry, naming changed a bit as the UI evolved - the inpainting functions are in the "Detailers" tab. Switch mode to paint masks and you can draw where you want the image to be affected.

Cool! thanks.
It seems like the detailers dont use the controlnets though? Is this correct?

Thanks
