tyselect bug?

Hello, one of our artists recognised an issue when using a point helper ctrl to control an object with a tyselect. 
Please see attached video and scene.
Max2022 with tyFlow Pro 1.120

Issue: When moving the object directly, we get the expected behaviour, but when using the point helper we see a different result?

Not sure if that's expected behaviour? Thanks for any insight.
