particle physics is not accurate (overlap particles)

Hello, just a little more digging after a long while. I always thought particle physics is much simpler to compute so it is much faster and without errors then PhysX. So I made a simple scene to test it. BUT i got overlap all the time with particle physics. Only with time step 1/32 it is somehow usable. But with PhysX it is without any errors even with 1/1 or 1/2. But for my bigger scene I need physics with bindings. Why it is so inaccurate? What can I change so I can use for example 1/4 or so? Thank you.
