tyMeshRepair question
#1
Hey tyFolks,

Please see attached video.
Does anyone know if it's correct procedure to add multiple tyMeshRepair modifiers??

We had to add 4 x tyMeshRepair modifiers so that it finally said 'No Issues detected', so we wondered why just 1 modifier couldn't fix the issue?

Thanks for any insight.

Mesh winding order correction has no analytical solution and is based on heuristics. These heuristics try to fix winding order with various best-estimate criteria, but given the nature of input, may fail. Since changes to winding order will change how the heuristics process the mesh, successive attempts to fix winding order on a sufficiently convoluted mesh may produce different results. In your case by chance it took 3 attempts before the heuristics deemed the mesh winding order clean.
