tySelect "Select at specific frame" bug

Hi Tyson,

One of our artists reported a tySelect bug that causes a "Error writing to file" window to appear and crashes 3ds Max 2022.
We narrrowed it down to a feature called "Select at specific frame", and when we unticked this, the crash/error went away.
