cant not set simulation group!!!!!

I download the example file "TYFLOW BALLOON", I try to reset object group it did not work (Groups are assigned to input tyActor objects (the balloon mesh and spline string) using the tyActor Property window in the Utilities right click menu.)  
I set the balloon to group to 3,. and balloon group test to 3 too,but balloon disappear, reset object group not working.
How to set simulation group!!!!!

And also, if I create box then pick into actor rig nodes, I still cant  set simulation group.
I use 3dmax 2018, vray 3.6

You can see which group is assigned to an object by checking its user properties. Right click on it, goto properties, then check the user-defined string to make sure you've set group 3 properly.
