Deadline export

i wanna try the submit to deadline function for exporting particles.
i found nothing in the help docs and when i press the button, this pops up.

Hi, I assume you have deadline 10 installed, yes?

Are you using non-english max or windows?

windows and max are in english. deadline 7 and 10 installed.
