tyspline mesher offset option (not that one)

So i would like an offset spinner to go with the percent spinner in the spline mesher.  I ran into a scenario where i didn't want the spline to "grow" but move along instead.  So not what the offset spinner does at the moment, but exactly like the percent spinner on the path deform modifier.

More path-deform-ish params for the spline mesher are on the todo list already, although I'll explicitly add 'offset' to the description so I don't forget that part.
