Affecting texture of inner faces of pieces of an object broken with voronoi operator

Hi,
Is there a way to affect the inner faces of broken pieces of a voronoi object after destruction? I believe rayfire has something called the asperity modifier that helps to do this? Could it be affected by UV mapping possibly? Then one can use bump maps to achieve same result.
