Cloth on path

It is need to be a cloth ribbon, whirling through the scene along path.

I'm using setup from this tut https://youtu.be/I64LcSPC5HA but for now it is far from the desireable result

Why are you using Object Bind? Use Path Follow in combination with a lot of damping (Slow).
